| These are Cuban refugee boats that made it to Key West. Mariel is a Cuban fishing town located 25 miles west of Havana. As an immigrant, I understand the quest to come to America, and wonder how many lives these simple boats have changed. |

He scouts a location multiple times often for several hours, observing the changing light, shadows and reflections to grant each photo its own satiating perspective.
