Lazy Way is one of the most interesting streets in Key West.  It is a hidden” out of the way” shopping lane, with tall dancing palm trees.  Colorful shops line the street and people bob in and out of stores finding hidden treasures.  Bikes, roosters, tourist, locals crowd and congregate on the narrow street.  It is a place of great vitality. Lazy Day says it all about a perfect afternoon in Key West.  There is nothing more relaxing than finding a great book, a great porch with lots of shade and a comfy chair.  The bougainvillea is in full bloom and the rooster is stirring but the afternoon just melts away page by page. It is a breezy Key West morning with a row of international flags blowing proudly in the wind. The blue conch republic flags top the roof with our grand ole flag. There is a morning bustle in the bight, people fishing, getting the Sebago catamaran ready to take a day tour or snorkel the reef.  Mr. Pelican seems unaware and is still trying to catch a few more ZZZZZs.
Key West Watercolor Painting
Saturday Morning Plein Air
Our Price: $300.00
Perfect weather in Key West brings out the painters who gather regularly near the Conch Republic Seafood Bight on Saturday mornings. It has become a favorite place to paint because of the tall palms offering shade, a circumference of great views of the water, the docks, but most interesting of all is the activity of people coming and going.
